Look at this excitement!
Jake went on his first field trip with school this week. I let my little boy go all the way to the zoo without me. I hated I couldn't go and almost couldn't stand the thought of letting him get on the big scary school bus without me.
I had to tell myself over and over again that they wouldn't lose him and that he wouldn't get eaten by a tiger.
Instead he came home happy and tired.

Are you sure he wasn't moving to the Zoo!
Jake looks so happy. I'm glad he had a good time. And I'm glad you survived his first outing with out you.
